That's not supported. You'll have to remove the serial password, but you can keep the program password. I think it was a mistake my password is program password not serial port password.
Did you mean to add PLC variables via Data logging ->Event -> variable or Dispatch->Variable?

I a did reset the TAM via TILA and after the LEDs brinked they never stopped.I switched off power and after powering up no changes.
Currently the Data out LED blinks twice then process+Line+Dataout +Modem flashes once then cycle repeats endlessly.
Currently no connection to the modem via serial port is possible.
Any idea on how to escape from here?

Try a hardware factory reset. See chapter 12.2.3 of HG-Manual.
