At first we recommend to use "MX-MAE Alarm Editor". The "connection" dialog offers the same functionality as "R-CON".
A connection with a "normal" 56k Modem to a MAM-GM20 is possible, but you have to use "GX IEC Developer" instead of "GX Developer".
