As from today the Hutline Alarm Modem GSM (HG) and Data Gateway LAN (HE) will be shipped with the new
Firmware-Release 3.2.0.52 .

If required, a firmware update may be requested via email to
tixi-support@tixi.com.
An update is only possible via direct RS232 connection to the modem, or via TFTP if SD-Card is available. Project data and logged data will be deleted.
An update is recommended for all users.
Please note that the firmware of the built in MPI-Adapter (HG/HE 171/471/471/476) has to be updated too (Firmware 3.28, request via E-Mail).
