Hi,

Our Tixi is stuck in a rebooting loop. What happened is I changed the ISP-settings for the PPP-connection with TICO to try another internet provider (our own). Then I generated a few callbacks. When the TAM tried to connect to the internet, the messages couldn't be sent because it was not working. The TAM was trying to send it over and over again after this. After each try and failure, he was rebooting.

To try to get the e-mails out, I tried to download the old program (with TICO). With this program it did work to send e-mail trough callback. I believe the program was sent, but in pieces, because the connection was cut a few times. Still the e-mails coudn't be sent. I tried to download another (older and smaller) program, but this one couldn't be downloaded, because the connection was cut (worked with the other one?). After this the rebooting loop was a lot shorter.

I then tried to send the command <reset _="factory"/> (direct serial connection), but even this short command couldn't be sent.

What can I do to solve this?

Try a hardware reset using the "service" button.
(see hardware manual for instructions)
