Page 45, 8.2.1 Adding confirmation code
If a message shall be confirmed by the recipient, it must contain a confirmation code: Only if this code is sent back to the Alarm Modem by the message recipient, the message dispatch counts as successful.
Page 48, 9.2.4. Alarm Cascade
If the alarm sends a SMS or Express E-Mail message containing a confirmation code, you may activate this option in order to require the recipient to confirm the message receipt, i.e. send it back to the Tixi Alarm Modem. If he fails to do so, the Following Alarm (see paragraph above) will be triggered.
Create a SMS-message containing confirmation code.
Create an alarm containing that message as alarm cascade
Send this message.
Receiver has to send back at least the cryptic confirmation code. The easiest way is to send back the complete SMS within confirmation timeframe.
