Hi!
I have Alarm modem m20 on Mitsubishi FX2N. I try to connect to PLC from my PC with Normal modem 56k. I swich Alarm modem into Modem mode with MX-MAE Alarm Editor and then I try to connect from GX IEC Developer. Connection is reestablished but when I try to download programme there is an error "cannot comunicate with PLC". Do I need special AT commands for alarm modem? Is this possible to do with GX Developer or I need GX IEC Developer?

I think you mean "MAM-GM20" ?

Which kind of "normal modem" ? We recommend to use "MIM-A01", but any other Hayes compatible EXTERNAL modem should work too.

I think you mean the "Modem-Mode" LED goes on after the connection was established successfully!? This is not the "ModemMode", it's the "TransMode" which uses the same LED.
Anyway, it seems that the connection was OK. Did you use the MX-MAE settings of our StartUp document
TAM-TransMode_with_Mitsubishi-FX.pdf?

No, if you use MIM-A01 as dialing modem, no AT commands are necessary.

It's not possible to use "GX Developer" because it doesn't offer the necessary "GSM timing" option which is available in "GX IEC Developer".
