The Tixi modems and the related software are very complicated systems with a gigantic set of functions. Soft- and Firmware is checked by our inhouse quality assurance department as well as by an automated test system (TTS) all the time.
In addition some engaged users and partner firms support us by voluntary beta tests of new developments to which we send again our thanks!
Unfortunately, nevertheless it can happen sometimes that in a very flexible programmable device a certain combination of actions leads to undiscovered behaviours. These become fixed by Firmware- or software updates, as soon as reported and reproduced, or by the Support giving a Workaround.
Do not hesitate to inform us of your problems. We are confident to be able to offer a quick solution for every problem.
